Nature of Business
Bradford Watch Vault specializes in the sale of pre-owned luxury wristwatches. All timepieces are carefully inspected and offered in very good to excellent condition. Products are sold as described and represented in good faith based on available information at the time of sale.

Sales Channels & Order Process
Our watches are offered through our website and third-party platforms, including but not limited to eBay, Bezel, Chrono24, and Shopify. Customers may initiate inquiries through these platforms, via email, or by telephone.

All transactions are manually reviewed and confirmed. Prior to payment, customers receive confirmation of the selected timepiece, total purchase price, accepted payment method, and shipping destination. An order is considered final once payment has been successfully completed.

Payment Terms
Accepted payment methods include bank wire transfers and credit card payments processed through authorized third-party payment processors. Credit card payments are completed via secure payment links. Bradford Watch Vault does not store or have access to full cardholder data.
Full payment is required prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped promptly after payment confirmation. Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier. Bradford Watch Vault is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.\

Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks
By completing a purchase, the customer expressly authorizes the transaction and agrees not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting Bradford Watch Vault to attempt resolution. Fraudulent claims, chargeback abuse, or misuse of our services may result in denial of future transactions and submission of transaction evidence to the payment processor.

Right to Refuse Service
Bradford Watch Vault reserves the right to refuse or cancel any transaction suspected of fraud, misrepresentation, or unauthorized activity.

Limitation of Liability
Bradford Watch Vault’s liability is limited to the original purchase price of the item. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Return & Refund Policy
 

• 24-Hour Return (No Questions Asked).You may request a return within 24 hours of confirmed delivery for a full refund, provided the watch is returned in the exact condition it was received.

• 30-Day Return (10% Restocking Fee). You may request a return within 30 days of confirmed delivery with a 10% restocking fee, provided the watch is returned in the same condition as received (no wear, damage, or alteration).

• Return Authorization Required. All returns must be approved in writing before shipping back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

• Condition Requirements. Returned items must include all original components (watch, box, papers, accessories) and must not show signs of wear or modification.

• Refund Processing. Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
